Customer
A customer is any natural or legal person purchasing products through the online store as governed by these Terms of Service.
Before making a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service, that they are aware that ordering a product includes an obligation to pay the purchase price and delivery costs (where applicable), and that they have been informed about the conditions, deadlines, and procedure for exercising the right to unilateral contract termination, all of which they have understood and accepted.
A customer, as a natural person, must be of legal age and have full legal capacity. Contracts on behalf of minors or persons fully deprived of legal capacity can only be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians. Persons with limited legal capacity can only conclude contracts with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller assumes no responsibility for actions contrary to this provision.
Customers are required to provide accurate, valid, and complete personal information when filling out the registration form. Failure to do so authorizes the Seller to refuse to sell products or provide services.
General Provisions
The Seller provides online services through its website at the domain urawatches.com. The service consists of providing information, managing content, and conducting financial transactions.
The customer is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords. The customer acknowledges that service interruptions or events beyond the Seller’s control may occasionally occur and agrees that the Seller is not responsible for any data loss or damage to the customer’s electronic devices that may result from circumstances beyond the Seller’s control during data transmission over the Internet. The customer accepts that access to the website may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable, or completely disabled.

Furthermore, Ura watches may cease sending certain types of information, change or discontinue data transmission methods, or modify transmission speeds or other characteristics.
Ura watches reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of these Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice, if deemed necessary. Continued use of the website after new or amended Terms of Service or Privacy Policy are published implies that the customer accepts these changes.

The customer explicitly agrees that the use of urawatches.com is solely at their own risk and that Ura watches does not guarantee:

The customer acknowledges that Ura watches is not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior of users or third parties, and assumes full responsibility for any damages arising from such actions.
In addition, Ura watches shall not be liable, regardless of cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, inappropriateness, or lack of authenticity of information found on this website, nor for any delay or interruption in data transmission or any claims or losses resulting therefrom.
The Seller reserves the right to immediately terminate any passwords or user accounts in case of behavior deemed unacceptable or in violation of these Terms of Service.
Customers may send inquiries and comments by mail or email, and the Seller will respond in writing within the legal timeframe.

The company Ura watches is the seller of content obtained from third parties and customers. The company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
The company’s headquarters are in Osijek, Republic of Croatia. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website (unless otherwise agreed) fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Osijek and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. By using this website, the customer agrees that any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Osijek courts.

Prices
Prices listed apply only to online purchases and may differ from prices in other stores.
Payment
The customer pays for ordered products and applicable delivery costs in one of the following ways:

Promotional Sales
The duration and conditions of promotions and special offers are specified with each offer. After the promotional period expires, Ura watches will no longer accept orders under those conditions.
Ordering
Products can be ordered 24/7 using the online order form. If the Seller cannot deliver all ordered items, available items will be delivered, and the customer will be informed in writing of the delivery timeline for the remaining items, which they may accept or cancel.
Order Confirmation
The customer will receive an email confirmation of the order containing all legally required details.
Returns and Complaints
You can return a watch within 14 days of delivery if it doesn't match the description. You need to cover the shipping cost for returning the watch. If the watch is undamaged, we'll give you a full refund.
Unclaimed Packages
If a customer does not claim their package and it gets back to us we will need to charge Re-shipment fee of €9.60. Also if Customer does not pick up the order we can refund him deducting the cost of Shipping.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may submit a written complaint by post to:

To expedite processing, please include your order number. You will receive written confirmation of receipt without delay, and a response will be provided within 15 days as required by law.
In case of disputes, the competent court is that of the Seller’s registered seat.
As per EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online consumer dispute resolution, effective from January 9, 2016, an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been established.
Amendments
urawatches.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and will notify users in a timely manner through its online channels. If you disagree with the Terms, please contact us and refrain from using the webshop in the meantime.
Privacy Guarantee
We guarantee the security and confidentiality of all customer data. Information must be complete and accurate. We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Act (NN 103/2003 and 118/2006). We collect only essential information and inform customers how it is used. Customers can choose whether their data is used for marketing purposes. Kavantura webshop guarantees that personal data will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by Croatian authorities under a valid court order.
